The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Trade Fair Company Limited, Mrs. Naa Amerley Bamba, has urged Ghanaians to embrace local enterprise as the true pathway to national economic freedom.
Speaking at the launch of the third edition of the Osagyefo Made in Ghana Fair, Mrs. Bamba described the event as “the heartbeat of the nation—the entrepreneurial spirit of our people.”
Dedicated to the memory of Ghana’s first President, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the fair runs from September 19–21, 2025, and showcases the strength of Ghanaian creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Mrs. Bamba reminded citizens of Nkrumah’s timeless message that political independence is incomplete without economic independence. She further stressed that the fair embodies both Nkrumah’s vision and President John Dramani Mahama’s renewed call for enterprise-driven growth.
“Every purchase here is a vote of confidence in our artisans, our farmers, our innovators, and our entrepreneurs,” she emphasized, urging the public to see patronage as an investment in Ghana’s long-term prosperity.
With exhibitions, cultural displays, and networking opportunities, the Osagyefo Made in Ghana Fair 2025 is set to inspire confidence in Ghanaian products while building sustainable livelihoods for entrepreneurs across the country.
