“Despite the facts which are very clear, Angela List and her accomplices still frustrate the course of justice. In a recent article in the media, she made accusations and claims which are simply not true. A trait that is common with Angela List, a natural born liar. The ruling is clear on the IMC “, he stated in the article.
Setting the records straight, Solomon Owusu, the Convenor of Lands and Mines Watch Ghana (LMWG) outlined the following facts on Adamus:
That, IMC is a step to control the company and stop the illegal shipment of Gold but, the owership of Adamus is clear and courts outside Ghana clearly recognised that Nguvu Holdings is not the 100% owner of Adamus.
Also, Allan Morrison is the sole Director and company secretary of Adamus Resources Pty Ltd, the Australian registered entity and parent company of Adamus Resources Ltd (Ghana)
That, Angela List illegally removed Allan Morrison as a Director of Adamus Resources Pty Ltd in 2021 with no proper board meetings or board resolutions that would normally be required to make this change.
“Paul List, who is a major shareholder of BCM Investments and therefore Adamus Resources Pty Ltd, was not invited or informed of any board meetings leading up to the removal of Allan Morrison. The appointment of the two new Perth based directors by Angela List became the basis for the 2022 case in the Western Australian Supreme Court, which Angela List and her appointees lost on all counts and Allan Morrison then reinstated as the sole director and company secretary of Adamus Resources Pty Ltd”.
Angela List claims that Allan Morrison “betrayed” her (Angela List) and Nguvu Holdings, on the contrary it was the complete opposite.
There are court rulings in Ghana, Nevis and St Kitts and Australia involving Angela List and Nguvu Holdings that are clearly in the favour of Paul List and BCM, and that confirm that Nguvu Holdings is not the 100% owner of Adamus Resource Pty Ltd as claimed.
Criminal Proceedings against Angela List will soon follow. It is disaapointing that the countries outside Ghana can easily view the evidence and make the right decision. But the justice system in Ghana is frustrated by high profile figures……..who are clearly being paid by Angela List.
