He disclosed that ANE ANE groundnut tomato soup base is rich arginine and amino acids which help prevent heart and vascular diseases by promoting good blood vessel.

Furthermore, he revealed that the groundnut tomato paste is free from aflatoxin, explaining that this was so “because the groundnuts are carefully sorted out before grinded into paste.”

The young CEO of AF said his product is a good source of plant based protein, stressing that it “saves time and its stress free.”

Significantly, he affirmed that the product had been approved by the regulatory bodies including the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and Ghana Standards Board (GSB).

On the preparation of soup with Anne groundnut paste, Mr Ampiaw said one should pour the paste into a bowl and add water.

“Stir the paste mixed with water for it to become smooth, and add the mixture to your soup,” he noted.

According to him, he has plans of setting up a farm and also building a factory with ultramodern machines to help speed up production and produce in large quantities for export.

That notwithstanding, he said the product has found its way onto some international markets including Dubai and Qatar.

“….but my goal is to break more boundaries, and produce other products such as rice, tomato paste oil, sardine, canned beef, sausage, milk, beverages, etc.
